A cetiya in Tāvatiṃsa one league in height, raised by Sakka over the hair cut off by the Buddha when he donned an ascetic’s robes on the banks of the Anomā (J.i.65).
After the Buddha’s death, Sakka added to the hair the right collar bone taken by him from Doṇa (q.v.), who was trying to conceal it in his turban. DA.ii.609; MT.376; BuA.235; Mhv.xvii.20.
