Ruci

1. Ruci.– A king of the Mahāsammata dynasty. He was the son of Aṅgirasa and the father of Suruci. Mhv.ii.4; cf. Dpv.iii.7.

2. Ruci.– A king of thirty-eight world-cycles ago; a previous birth of Sucintita Thera. Ap.i.134.

3. Ruci.– A palace occupied by Vessabhū Buddha when he was yet a layman. Bu.xxii.19.
