Saṃvāsa Sutta

Two Suttas one taught some householders on the road between Madhurā and Verañjā, the other to the monks — on four ways of living together:

1. a vile man with a vile woman,
2. a vile man with a devī,
3. a deva with a vile woman,
4. a deva with a devī.

A vile man/woman does not keep the five precepts, a man/woman who is like a god/goddess does. A.ii.57 ff.
