Satisūpaṭṭhita Sutta
One who develops (bhāveti) and cultivates (bahulīkaroti) five things can expect one of two fruits: Arahantship in this very life or Non-returning.
What five? Here, monks, a monk has mindfulness well-established on arising and passing away, dwells contemplating the repulsiveness of body, perceives the repulsiveness of food (āhāre paṭikūlasaññā), perceives disenchantment regarding the entire world (sabbaloke anabhiratasaññā), and perceives impermanence in the conditioned (sabbasaṅkhāresu aniccānupassī).
